Please kindly review our policies before booking an appointment at Linda Pele Esthetics for a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Policies
- Acknowledging the value of everyone’s time and the limited availability of appointment slots, kindly give a 24-hour notice in case you need to cancel. Failure to provide this notice grants us the right to charge 50% of the appointment fee.
- In the event of non-payment due to a cancellation/no show, please settle this invoice before scheduling another appointment at Linda Pele Esthetics.
- If you miss your appointment without a 24-hour notice, you will be invoiced for the full amount of the missed service. Providing sufficient notice allows us to accommodate other clients during that time slot.
- In the event of non-payment due to a cancellation/no show, please settle this invoice before scheduling another appointment at Linda Pele Esthetics.
- If less than 20 minutes late, your service time will need to be cut shorter to accommodate other scheduled services.
- If more than 20 minutes late, we conclude that it is a no show, will have to reschedule your appointment and charge full cost of service.

To secure your appointment seamlessly and prevent cancellations, we require a valid card on file. No charges will occur unless there’s a policy violation. Your card details are stored securely for a convenient and efficient booking process.
